Schlafly Highland Square is the first Schlafly Brewing location in the State of Illinois. Nestled in the heart of Highland, the over 3,400 square foot historic building has been renovated to seat 80 guests inside and offers additional seating for 80 on a large three-season patio outside. Once the home to the Highland Chamber of Commerce, the 71 year-old structure has been carefully restored, keeping many of its charming architectural elements including an old bank vault behind the bar.

The contemporary brewpub offers 14 signature Schlafly's beers such as Schlafly IPA, Pale Ale, Kölsch, and a brew unique to the Illinois location called the Highland Lager. The restaurant has many Schlafly food favorites like fried marcoot cheese curds, beer bread, crispy frog legs, the Schlafly smash burger, and serves soups, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads and fried fish.
