Immortalized on stage and screen, this classic story tells the story of Annie Sullivan and her student, blind and mute Helen Keller.
Evening performances are at 7:30 pm and Matinee Performances are at 2 pm, with the theater opening ONE HOUR before curtain. Late arrivals are seated at the discretion of the House Manager and at a suitable break in the play’s action—HOWEVER, due to the guidelines set out by the State of Illinois, Seating Capabilities will be a “fluid” number until the COVID-19 Virus has abated. Guests will ENTER and EXIT Through Different Doors, be seated with Spacing apart, be strongly encouraged to wear Masks (and some will be provided), guests will have the opportunity to avail themselves of Hand Sanitizer AND Restroom use (in smaller monitored numbers) BUT will NOT have the opportunity to Congregate or partake of food and beverage in the foyer until the Public Health Authority gives ALT the Green Light to do so.
These Changes will take an adjustment period but will allow the good folks of the Riverbend to still enjoy WONDERFUL Live Theater (at a very affordable price!). Additional new policies will be posted on the Website AND in the Completely DISPOSABLE PROGRAMS given out (NO recycling)
Please be patient as we figure everything out TOGETHER!
