Over 750 million people walk an average of 6 kilometers every day to find their nearest water source. The walk can be dangerous and oftentimes the water itself is disease-ridden, causing nearly 1,000 children under 5 to die every single day. When you register for the Global 6K for Water, your registration fee will provide clean, safe, life-giving water to one person for life! But World Vison believes the global water and sanitation crisis can be solved within our lifetimes- when you register for the Global 6K for Water you'll provide clean water to one person through your $50 registration fee ($25 for kids)! Your race bib will feature a photo of a child receiving water.
