Join Heather's Zen Den as we team up with Rachel & Co Coffee House to offer Summer Solstice Yoga at the beautiful Alton Amphitheater.
We will offer a gentle yoga practice and singing bowl meditation, as we celebrate the arrival of summer. Bring your blanket , mat or just yourself to welcome summer.
This is a free event and all skill levels are welcome.
Some mats will be available.
Rachel & Co will have coffee and refreshers available for purchase after the event.
