Instructor Miss Ruthie will teach students how to create a ceramic watercolor palette set. Students will learn simple hand-building/slab-building techniques, simple underglaze/glaze techniques, how to use a variety of clay tools, and gain an understanding of clay and its properties. Each student will make a paint palette and cup in class, and will decorate and glaze for a once-fire. Students are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to the class and relax while making art!
