Join Heather's Zen Den at Grafton Winery The Vineyards on March 26Th 2023 from 3-4PM for an All Levels Yoga practice that includes breathing techniques and mindful movements.
Following the yoga class, sip a glass of wine compliments of Grafton Winery as you enjoy the beautiful views of the vineyards!
