A new memorial honoring military veterans will greet visitors to Grafton with a striking, life-sized World War II reproduction of U.S. Army rangers climbing the limestone bluffs at Omaha Beach on D Day. The National Memorial of Military Ascent will be unveiled during a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 6, 2026.
