Energy Center Yoga and Wellness offers yoga classes, red light therapy, sauna and natural healing services — all chosen to bring each body back into balance. The goal is simple: real tools, real results, and a community that helps each person feel better from the inside out.

Utilizing movement, light, heat and holistic therapies, Energy Center is here to support balance in mind, body and spirit — empowering each person to discover their own way to wellness​.

Red Light Therapy (Blue Light XL Panel): Step into the glow and recharge cells with the full-body red light therapy. Using the Blue Light XL Therapy Panel, this treatment delivers low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light deep into skin and muscles.

Infrared Sauna (Clearlight Sanctuary 2): Sweat, relax, and detox in luxury this sauna. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat warms the body from the inside out, creating a deep, therapeutic sweat without uncomfortably high temperatures. Ease sore muscles, boost recovery, or simply carve out a moment of calm in the sanctuary of this sauna.
