This is Southern Illinois Neo-Neapolitan-style pizza that is inspired by tradition and crafted for today.

Weird hours: Pre-orders and limited quantities allow the owner to balance being a full-time dad, a full-time employee, and a full-time pizzaiolo in training. As support grows, so will hours and quantities. This is a carry-out establishment only.

Limited quantities: O/B Slices believes in making pizza with patience and care, never using shortcuts. That means there is a dough limit each day. Place a pre-order early and lock in that favorite pizza for the day.

Grab-N-Go slices: Between 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. most days, there will be a limited number of slices available for Grab-N-Go. Swing by, say hello, and snag a slice while they last.
