Tour groups can enjoy lunch or dinner at Old Herald Brewery & Distillery in uptown Collinsville. The former site of the Collinsville Herald newspaper is home to the Old Herald Brewery & Distillery. Enjoy eats from Tony's Tacos and craft beers from Old Herald like Proofreader Pale and Printer's Ink- hearkening back to the site's printing history. Spirits are available under Old Herald's Ardent Spirits label and includes gin, rum & vodka. Private event space is available for parties, meetings and special occasions.

Groups can also schedule a sensory-based tour and tasting including four ¼ oz spirit samples or four 1 oz craft beer samples in a souvenir tasting glass.
