Press House - the premier upscale, full dining restaurant and venue space - is located at Old Herald Brewery & Distillery in the heart of Collinsville. The staff takes pride in providing great service and great food.

Menu options offer a fresh take on traditional American-style cuisine - burgers, chicken, brisket and more - plus vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free entrees as well. All food is fresh and made in-house. Off-menu specials are exciting options, too. Kitchen manager Brendan James and his chefs create delicious fare to please and delight their customers.
