Blending hard physical work and a calm mental state is what yoga is all about. River Bend Yoga is committed to bringing accessible yoga to everyone. Teachers do their best to accommodate yoga for anyone as they support others on a journey of releasing fear and anxiety. Yoga builds strength, increases flexibility and balance, helps people learn to love their own body, and tames anxiety. Yoga uses mindfulness, meditation, breath work, the challenge of pose and music to accomplish those goals.

This award-winning studio also offers a 200-hour Teacher Training Program, accredited by Yoga Alliance. All students enrolled in yoga teacher training will receive half price yoga and aerial yoga classes at River Bend Yoga.
Yoga became a way of life for Vicky Delaney, the owner of River Bend Yoga, after her second back surgery in 2004. While in physical therapy, she discovered that the exercises prescribed for rehabilitation were yoga postures. She researched yoga and became a regular practitioner and later an accredited teacher. With the encouragement of her family, she opened River Bend Yoga in 2014. In 2020, she opened the Teacher Training Program, a Yoga Alliance accredited school. Her passion is to guide students and teachers on how to use the practices of yoga to create healing and integration, and to live an authentic and inspired life.
Living mindfully is the foundation to a happy, healthy, well-balanced life. Regardless of body, background, or current state of being, everyone is encouraged to experience yoga at River Bend Yoga.
