Join the Wildey Theatre for “On the Road Again: A Route 66 Centennial Musical Celebration,” an original production created entirely by the talented members of Alumni Players! in partnership with the Friends of the Wildey. This one-of-a-kind show honors the 100th Anniversary of the Mother Road with heart, energy, and a whole lot of hometown pride.
Featuring a live 6-piece band and a cast of 16 incredible singer-storytellers, including six rising stars from Edwardsville High School, this performance brings the spirit of Route 66 to life through music, storytelling, and unforgettable moments. From songs about cars and big dreams to the adventure of the open road, it’s a celebration of what makes America’s Main Street so iconic.
