The holiday season is truly spectacular in Staunton this year! Enjoy three days of fun in this charming Route 66 community which pulls out all the stops when it comes to celebrating the holidays.

On Friday, Dec. 5, enjoy the Holiday Walk from 4 to 8 p.m. Visit participating businesses to take advantage of specials and refreshments.

• Plus there are free family photos and hot cocoa available at Duda Park.
• Activities also include a Live Nativity in Duda Park from 5 to 7 p.m.;
• Story Reading: The Night Before Christmas
• Food Truck & Craft Vendors downtown Staunton
• The annual Main Street Side-by-Side Parade at 7:45 p.m.
• And the lighting of the Christmas Tree in Duda Park at 8 p.m

Saturday, Dec. 6 Activities:

• The fun begins at 9 a.m. with the Staunton Post Prom Holiday Hustle, a 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk starting on Main Street.
• From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Santa will be at the Oltmann Center where everyone can enjoy snacks with the jolly ol' elf, meet Christmas characters, take part in face painting, have a free photo with Santa, Mrs. Claus and The Grinch, and pick up a passport to local businesses offering free items and more!
• Horse Drawn Carriage rides will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of Cislers & Associates Real Estate on Main Street
• Story Hour at the library from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting every hour on the hour.

Sunday, Dec. 7

• Community Christmas Concert at St. Paul United Church of Christ at 3 p.m.
• 4 - 7 p.m. Live Nativity at Zion Lutheran Church
• 7 p.m. Staunton High School Concert at the high school.
