Locally owned and operated businesses in Alton have pulled out all the stops in celebrating America's 250th birthday! Check out the amazing window decorations dressing up the city. Shoppers and visitors to Alton voted for their favorite window display throughout July in a fun contest showcasing the creativity of local shop owners.
