Thousands of people pack the streets of Uptown Collinsville to celebrate their Italian heritage – at least they're Italian on that day – for the Italian Fest every September. In the summer, it's all horseradish all the time at the Horseradish Festival, a celebration of the city's status as the Horseradish Capital of the World.
