222 Artisan bakery brings fresh bread and delicious eats to Downtown Edwardsville! Family owned by mom and son, Kim Goodner and Trevor Taynor, 222 Artisan Bakery has brought back the alluring smells and mouth-watering flavors of your grandma's kitchen. Open at 6 a.m. every weekday and 7 a.m. every weekend, you can grab some homemade pastries, cinnamon rolls, or muffins with a Scottish coffee to sugarcoat your trip to work. Don’t have a sweet tooth? Opt for their biscuits and gravy, quiche, or breakfast burritos! Pop in for lunch to try one of their sandwiches on homemade bread or get your hands on Sourdough Pizzas only available on Fridays & Saturdays from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.!

Son and co-owner, Trevor, was specially trained at San Francisco Baking Institute; the same place where several of their bakers have been sent to bake their skills! So, if you’re ready to embrace your bread-baking-era and learn from highly skilled bakers, 222 Artisan Bakery offers artisan baking classes through SIUE!
