The Alton Bike Trail is a .78-mile trail located in Riverfront Park as a connector between the Confluence and Sam Vadalabene Bike Trails. Cross the Clark Bridge for access to the Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary and Katy Trail in Missouri. Hunger pangs hitting on the trail? Use the foot-bridge in Riverfront Park to access tasty downtown restaurants, unique gift shops, antique and vintage shops! Pack a lunch and picnic at the park. Bike or walk to a concert at the amphitheater, Alton Farmer's Market, or the summer Night Market showcasing local artists and talent that is sure to make for an interesting evening! Bring the kids for a ride or walk to the new Alton Splash Pad during the warmer months and keep an eye out for docking riverboats throughout the year!
