Bluff City Bazaar is an artisan collective comprised of local artists from the Alton area. The downtown shop offers boutique and vintage clothing and jewelry, gifts, herbal products, art and decor items, insect taxidermy, and more with a focus on recycled, thrifted, and green materials. Founder Julie Harper, who also owns The Look Factory in the Village of Elsah, joins creators Crystal Stevens of Flourish Farmstead, Shea Radcliff of Radcliff's Rad Thrifts, Kelly Lee of Hype of Type, Kaylin Gauthier of River City Oddities, and Tina Marlow of Shake Rag Studio have joined forces to bring a truly singular shopping experience to downtown Alton!
