Located just minutes from Exit 60 on I-55 in Litchfield, Country Bend Campground offers over 150 campsites, 13 cabins, swimming, fishing, putt putt golf and a variety of fun activities for kids and the kids at heart. Nearby Lake Lou Yaeger offers boating, fishing, a swimming beach, and access to hiking trails and the City of Litchfield is home to a the Sky View Drive-In- one of the last remaining American outdoor movie theaters, The Ariston Café- the oldest operating restaurant on Route 66, as well as a public pool, golf courses, Route 66 antiques and shopping.
The campground has rentable cabins, many outdoor amenities like a campground pool, a playground, sport courts, pavilions, picnic areas, and fishing ponds, as well as practical amenities like a dump station, laundry facility, and camp shop.
