House Salad – mixed field greens tossed with roma tomatoes, shallots, mozzarella cheese, thyme, croutons, & house balsamic vinegar

Caesar Salad – romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, shredded parmesan cheese, and house-made thyme croutons

Entrees
Pork Chop – pan-seared bone-in pork chop served over roasted fingerling potatoes tossed with caramelized onions, Andouille sausage, and Brussels sprouts and drizzled with cranberry bbq sauce and smoked tomato infused olive oil

Grilled Chicken Pasta – herb-marinated grilled chicken breast served over angel hair pasta tossed with crisp bacon, ham, peas, mushrooms, and fresh herbs finished in a light chardonnay garlic cream sauce & topped with parmesan cheese

Peppercorn Encrusted Ahi Tuna – served with soba noodles and an Asian vegetable slaw with wasabi aioli, sesame soy ginger vinaigrette, & garnished with crisp rice noodles

Grilled Portobello Mushroom – served over a basmati & wild rice pilaf with wok-fired vegetables & finished with Thai peanut sauce

Desserts
Sorbet – served with a chocolate michellete cookie- ask server for flavor of the day

Chocolate Ganache Gooey Butter Cake – finished with warm toffee sauce, vanilla bean ice cream, Chantilly cream & a michellete cookie
