Greater Alton Concert Association, a not-for-profit organization, was organized over 70 years ago when local visionaries believed that the Alton area deserved the opportunity to attend performances by professional musicians, dancers, and actors.

Throughout the years the board of directors has aspired to bring quality programs to our area. Ranging from Classical to Contemporary programs, our board strives to provide varied concert seasons. In recent years we have included Big Band, jazz, tributes to rock & roll bands, country, and performers who have done several seasons in Branson, MO theaters.

Concerts take place in the Hatheway Cultural Center on the Godfrey Campus of Lewis & Clark Community College.
