Heather's Zen Den is a professional yoga studio serving the Southwest Illinois region within fifty miles of East Alton. The studio offers a variety of yoga and services including beginner's classes, Yin Yoga, Buti Yoga, Warm Flow Yoga, Lunch Break Yoga, Deep Stretch sessions, and even Yoga Teacher Training. Classes can be purchased in groups of 5-10 sessions or on a single session basis.
