Schedule a guided tour at the fourth-generation Heepke Farm with one of the brothers, Dennis Heepke. Heepke’s great-great grandfather began growing horseradish shortly after immigrating to the U.S. from Germany. The family continues to grow horseradish on 200 acres of land, just a portion of their 4500 acres. Learn how they plant, harvest, process and store their horseradish for national and international distribution. Plan 1 hour for the tour. This tour is best suited for November – April.
