Since 1929, the Louis Latzer Memorial Public Library has served the readers of Highland. Named for the founder of the Pet Milk Company whose family built the library, Louis Latzer Library provides a spacious and comfortable venue to read, write, and study. Bring your kids to peruse the children’s library and enjoy regularly scheduled Preschool Story Time. Join the monthly book club, or research your family tree in their genealogy department. The library has public computers, meeting rooms, and a microfilm reader. The Louis Latzer Memorial Library strives to provide a relaxing, informational learning space for all ages.
