MCT Confluence Bike Trail
Overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River, the paved MCT Confluence Bike Trail stretches 20.5 miles from Alton to Granite City.
The Confluence Trail has multiple staging areas as it passes through attractions such as the National Great Rivers Museum, the Melvin Price Lock and Dam, and the Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower and historic site.
You can connect to the Missouri side of the river by taking the three mile long connector trail to the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge.
