Eight custom roasts are now available for online orders. Watch for the opening of the coffee shop in the historic and recently renovated Hi-Way Cafe on Route 66 in Edwardsville.

Plaid Coffee Roasters enjoys collaborating with other local businesses in creative ways to bring their coffee to customers. Recent collaborations include a new coffee-flavored ice cream with Clementines Ice Creamery, and coffee retail sales at 222 Artisan Bakery and Cafe and Clementines.
