Poke' Munch (Poe-Kay) is the first traditional Hawaiian Poke' restaurant in southwest Illinois. The popular islander dish, perfect for sushi fans, is composed of seasoned, raw chunks of fresh fish or cooked meat, vegetables, and rice.
