Family owned and operated Silly Grandma's, started in 1991 by Kathy Hansel and previously known as "Kakes by Kathy", opened in Troy on May, 1st, 2017. The bakery offers custom cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, pastries, and sweet treats for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, holidays, events, and parties.
