State Street on LaSalle, formerly State Street Market of Alton, is the first restaurant the Village of Elsah has had since 2001. State Street's popular Copper Bar is also the first bar ever in Elsah (formerly a dry village). Located in a historic 1894 clapboard building, State Street on LaSalle features new and familiar comfort food favorites, cocktails, mocktails, weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday, and retail wine sales.
