CENTRE Yoga Studio is teaming up with Red Rooster for a 60 minute beginner friendly flow set to your favorite summer tunes, paired with cold beer and all the good vibes.
This class is about moving your body, laughing with friends, soaking up the sunshine and not taking yourself too seriously.
