Celebrate dogs at the Canine Carnival October 5 at the Alton Farmer's & Artisans Market! Join a Pet Parade, enter into a costume contest, shop pet related booths, and participate in an Adopt-A-Thon with your leashed buddy- or look for a new furry friend at the event! There will be face painting, pet portraits, vet information, therapy dogs, and a vaccine & microchip clinic!
