Miss Ruthie will teach students how to create this trendy minimalist ceramic donut vase. Students will learn simple slab, hand-building, paddling, how to use a variety of clay tools, and gain an understanding of clay and its properties. Each student will make one vase in class and will decorate and glaze that night to be ready for a once-fire. Students are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to the class and relax while making art.
