Celebrate the magic of the holidays on Saturday, Dec. 12, with children’s workshops at the Gordon Moore Park Muenstermann Building in Alton! Children can enjoy holiday crafts and games, play in “gingerbread” playhouses and sing favorite carols surrounded by Christmas trees, an indoor snowman, fluttering snowflakes and festive decorations. Both workshops include hot chocolate and a sweet treat.

The full workshop, for children ages 5 and older, runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and includes lunch. The cost is $25 for the child.

The mini workshop, for children ages 3 and older accompanied by a parent, runs from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and costs $15 per child.
