The Edwardsville Municipal Band is a community tradition that dates back to the 1880s. The band is a summer staple in City Park with free weekly performances, weather permitting, on the City Park Bandstand. This 60 plus member band also perform in several parades each year and delight audiences with a holiday show at the Wildey Theatre. Every Thursday evening they share their collective talent from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. June through August. Grab your lawn chair or a blanket and head to the Edwardsville City Park Bandstand to enjoy an evening of free symphonic music for the whole family!
