Celebrate the return of Oktoberfest season, just a little early, at Old Bakery Beer during their annual Oktoberfest in July celebration Saturday, July 25!

Guests can enjoy a day filled with authentic German food specials, fresh pours of Old Bakery Beer's seasonal Oktoberfest brew, and the opportunity to purchase a custom handmade OBB ceramic mug crafted by local artist Andrew Koester. It's the perfect way to embrace the spirit of fall, even if summer is still in full swing.

The excitement continues with the Steinholding Competition beginning at 3 p.m. Entry is $15 and includes a 1-liter stein filled with beer that participants get to keep. Separate men's and women's competitions will be held, with winners in each division receiving a $25 Old Bakery Beer gift card, an OBB T-shirt, and the opportunity to compete at the State Steinholding Championship in Peoria this October. No need to sign up in advance, just stop in a little before 3 and they'll get your name on the list!
